Relational Therapy

Do you feel misaligned in your own self or in your relationships?  Are you finding yourselves stuck in the same gridlocked issues?  Do you want to develop more effective communication skills and heartfelt bonding moments? 

Through the renowned Gottman Approach, I aim to guide the identification and expression of needs, process and heal from wounds, and regulate emotions in tough times so that you are able to feel safe and secure in yourself and intimate relationships.

Relational sessions are offered in-person, virtually, or by phone.

The Process

Consultation

Therapeutic progress is all about the therapeutic relationship.  

That is why finding the right fit for you is of the utmost importance.  Folks interested in therapy are encouraged to book a 15-minute phone consultation to determine alignment with their future therapist.  

First Session

Explore with your therapist the heart of your concerns.  This will be an opportunity to get better acquainted and develop a plan to best meet your needs and goals. 

Subsequent Sessions 

Maintain your mental health progress through ongoing support. This will provide an opportunity to collaboratively set your plan into motion, get to the root of your concerns, and develop new coping skills.  Depending on collaboratively established expectations, you may be invited to complete reflective and actionable practices outside of sessions to apply concepts and skills discussed in sessions.
